RESPAWN (refund) YOUR PURCHASE

Look, we get it. Sometimes the loot drop isn't what you expected. If your gear arrived bugged or we sent you the wrong loadout, we've got your back.

We'll process respawns for:

  • Wrong item shipped (our bad on the inventory management)
  • Damaged or defective gear (because broken armor is useless in the field)

Please note that we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind.

Quest Timer: 30 Days You've got 30 days from purchase to initiate your refund request. After that, the checkpoint expires. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 15 business days.

How to Respawn: Hit us up at support@respawntheory.com with your order number and what went wrong. Keep it simple, we're here to help, not make you write a thesis.
